Loyalty program
- You participate in the loyalty program automatically after making your first deposit.
- See the progress bar in your Profile? It shows how many points until the next Loyalty Program level you need to earn. For example: You have 210 points total, but the progress bar shows 90. This means you need 90 points to reach Level 2 (for the total of 300 points).
- Points are credited as follows:
a) Slots: Earn 1 point for every A$15 wagered - real or bonus money;
b) Live Games: Earn 1 point for every A$75 wagered - real money only.
- Comp Points Exchange:
Starting from Level 5 of the Loyalty Program, players can exchange Comp Points for bonus money with the following exchange rates and wagering requirements per level:

*Exchange rates and wagering requirements for the remaining levels, starting from Level 11, are not fixed and should be clarified with the casino support team.
- All bets placed using cryptocurrencies do not contribute towards the Loyalty Program progress (you won’t get points for such wagers), and bonus rewards will not be issued in cryptocurrencies either.
- The first level will be unlocked after reaching 150 points, the second after 300 and so on.
- The more you play, the higher you go in our Loyalty Program.
- All rewards unlocked in the Loyalty Program are credited as bonuses subject to x15 wagering requirements.
