- Deposit Limit – Limits the amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.- Loss Limit – Caps potential losses for a chosen period (day, week, or month). Note that it is calculated from the original deposit amount, not additional winnings. Imagine you deposit €20 and set a Loss Limit of €20. If you then win €500, the loss limit is still based on your original €20 deposit. So you could still lose more than €20 from the balance, as the limit is based on the amount you initially deposited, not your winnings within the reset period.
- Wager Limit – Controls the total amount wagered per day, week, or month.
- Session Limit – Sets a limit on the time spent playing in minutes.
- Cooling-Off Period – Pauses deposits, bets and promotions (although you can still log in). This break takes effect immediately, and your account reactivates once it ends.
To manage the limits, simply reach out to our customer support team. They will lower your limits anytime, and it will take effect right away. However, if you want to increase or remove a limit, that will happen after 24 hours from your request.
The only exception is for the deposit limit set to 1 EUR / USD / etc. In that case, you will need to wait six months before you can increase or remove the limit.

Need a break from gambling?
If you feel like taking a time-out from gaming, you can request a Self-Exclusion, which will block your access to your account and stop all promotional emails. You can choose to be excluded for six months, nine months, a year, three years, or indefinitely. The restriction kicks in right away.

The exclusion will be effective as of the Time Stamp provided by the Commission.
A Comprehensive Self-Exclusion Request is permanent and irrevocable.
